The SPUR 08' (Vertical Chain Tensioner)

Just like it says, it's a chain tensioner. Great for use in conjunction with our single speed kit (FE-SSK) to convert a 9-speed hub to a single speed in a flash. Tensioner's body is made of head-treated alloy and beautifully CNC'ed, sand-blasted, anodized, and lasered to provide a superior easy-to-use product. Just screw the Spur into your dropout's hanger, thread your chain onto the cog through the chain retainment cage, tweak it for the perfect chain alignment, then just start crankin' on the pedals! No more worries of chain slippage or annoying chain-clang.
